(AVDC) is a non-traditional, Urban Dance Company intends to support Inner-City Youth through dance. The company focuses primarily on Dance Education and Performance, providing communities with inexpensive dance clinics and the more skilled dancers an opportunity to perform. The company partners with community centers throughout Northeast Ohio to make participation easily available to residents of that area, and has 3 Ohio performance teams in Canton, Akron, and Cleveland. The goal of the company is to provide each student with discipline, role models, and a support system through dance, to ultimately benefit the character of each individual.
